Create Agent With Logic Apps does not appear in the table of contents

Description

The Create Agent With Logic Apps section does not appear in the table of contents of the article Azure AI Projects client library for Python - version 1.0.0b9.
It would be very helpful to know from the table of contents that this procedure exists. Additionally, I would not rule out that this could be happening with other sections. I would appreciate if you could update it.

@dachtec Thanks for the feedback, we will improve the documentation to make it clearer. Currently, the AzureLogicAppTool is utility under Azure.AI.Projects Python SDK samples (https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-python/blob/main/sdk/ai/azure-ai-projects/samples/agents/user_logic_apps.py) and not part of the SDK. Thus, its documentation is not currently part of the SDK docs.
