Component Search - Column Visibility Broken

Current Behavior

On the /components screen, the column visible / hidden selection appears to be broken. Once a column is set to hidden, the UI won't allow it to be marked again as visible

Steps to Reproduce

1. Toggle column visibility on the Component Search screen

Expected Behavior

Able to hide and show columns reliably

@setchy for workaround solution, I opened Browser Debug Tools, then cleaned all localStorage values. The column issue should be resolved.
