icon size is confusing and doesn't match up with what msix provides

MSIX docs only have a 44x44 and 150x150 sized logo as what you specify in the appxmanifest: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/uwp/schemas/appxpackage/uapmanifestschema/element-uap-visualelements

so it's really not clear from this page how you construct all of these different sizes in the manifest file to make windows happy
