Start-BitsTransfer -Asynchronous Usage Clarity

For this section of the doc it is not clear that when the async bits transfer job is complete the consumer must then call the Complete-BitsTransfer cmdlet, to finish the transfer.

Possibly a link to this article would be sufficient or taking the example from it.
