Came here looking for the same answer, documentation just says to specify the "PrinterEnvironment"? I have no idea what that could be, except that it's a string.

Ok by running Get-Printer you can see an example of what the PrinterEnvironment looks like:

It presumably relates to the "Environments" key in the registry under Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments
