Start-BitsTransfer -Dynamic parameter is poorly documented

The Start-BitsTransfer documentation has only this to say about the -Dynamic parameter: "Indicates that the transfer uses the dynamic setting."

What in the world is "the dynamic setting"? What does that mean; what does it do? How would I know if I needed to use that parameter or not?

I'm guessing it refers to the type of content you want to download.

Start-BitsTransfer by default expects static content and generates an error if you try to transfer dynamic content:

The server did not return the file size. The URL might point to dynamic content.

Using -Dynamic probably lets you download dynamic content instead.
