Not a issue, but a interesting feature

Whenever someone mentions a user, emits a sound to the mentioned user and highlight his nickname to a color like green, or something configurable like mention_prefix: '&a' and mention_sufix: '&r' and mention_enabled: true/false

I can't say whether this will be implemented in 1.10 or 2.0 yet, but definitely possible. I'll update the issue with the appropriate tag once I decided on this.
