Lost Connection to server with plugin

I have a problem :/
My server uses the MultiChat plugin
Until today, everything was fine.
Players could not enter the server, I got something like this in the console:

The problem only applies if i have a bungeeCord plugin

is your server using something below Minecraft 1.16?

Yes i have 4 server with 1.15.2

at the bottom of your config.yml, make sure you have the legacy servers setting setup correctly

Hello, changing the config did nothing, but deleting the ignore.dat file fixed the problem.
I would like to ask what could be the reason for this and how can I protect myself against it

The file format will be looked into in 2.0. It could be that the file was corrupted due to interrupted I/O. There's not really a good way to protect yourself against it, except to always ensure your server shuts down / starts properly.
