The book tutorials are updated based on OpenFOAM-v7.0.
If you are newbie and follow the book content step by step, 
then I recommend you to use OpenFOAM.v3.0 as the book content is based on. 

#The boundary conditions or function object related to swak4Foam are disabled.
#you need to install swak4Foam, to apply those boundary condtions or function objects.

For tutorial 3: 
The buoyantBoussinesqSimpleFoam solver has been deprecated 
by the more general buoyantSimpleFoam solver
which can be used with Boussinesq equation of state.
