User Provisioning - Enabling users present in FKA to log in to an application connected to os2ID

Technical background

Users that are present in Fællekommunal Adgangsstyring, should be able to log on to os2Id / Authentik.

There need to be some way to assign these provisioned users to have acces to an application. Os2samtale / zulip is the first application that has this requirement.
