Bug (GET /ob/sales): Orders with a state of PENDING or RESOLVED have a zero value for total.amount

Calling GET /ob/sales returns a list of sales with the value of the item in this.total.amount for v5 nodes. In an upgraded v5 node, orders with a state of PENDING or RESOLVED (and possibly DISPUTED and DECIDED) have a zero value for this.total.amount:
