Item Variables will not load when upgrade from 2.5.3 to 2.6

Bug Description

Have ~200 item variables in current 2.5.3 that works fine, replaced the jar files for 2.6 Skrpt and now everything loads except items. Everything stored in CSV. Also tryed converting into MySQL forst then updating to 2.6. When I did that it was interesting to see that the value in the DV in 2.5.3 was encryped or binary in nature, but when the same item is created in 2.6 new it was plain text in some sort of JSON type format. Seems like the way items are stored are different now and do not get converted.

Expected Behavior

Convert as needed, or load as it did before.

Steps to Reproduce

Load everything fine 2.5.3 and Paper 1.17.1. Vaibles contain items, text, numbers, etc.

Update Skript to 2.6

Get errors noted on the 203 variables sthat are of type ItemType

Also to be clear, the item can be created in 2.6 just fine and works, its just the items stored in the 2.5.3 CSV (or MySQL) format are not readable or converted and you loose all those items and all the errors on load.
