Document application debugging procedure for project developers

Describe the request

I would like to contribute to this project. Because i have this issue: #385 (comment) i tried to build the project from source to analyse it.

But I'm not a really familiar with TypeScript and the Theia IDE, so i faced some "issues" and open question.
As already requested in #172 it would be helpfull if the Contributions and development process would be improved with the following (for example):

• How to debug with VS Code
  for example if i try to set a breakpoint, after starting the Debug "App (Electron)" the breakpoint changes to "Unbound breakpoint" want be reached:
  
• Description of the different Debug Configurations also for the different tasks (launch.json and tasks.json)

@per1234 yes, i found this section of the Arduino Forum. But for my understanding is this Section for "normal" users of the Arduino IDE with question related to the Usage and Issues related to the IDE itself.
What im looking for isa Section for Developers that whant to contribut. Where they can ask / share information about for example:

• Problems during the Build process
• Debug issues
• and so on...
