Case of mastDownload/HST subdirectories is not consistent

Is it possible to standardize the case of the dataset subdirectories in the mastDownload/HST directory? For example, in the same query, I have "jd5702010" and "JD5702JNQ"

Uppercase:

obs_table = Observations.query_criteria(obs_id='JD5702011')

Observations.download_products(obs_table['obsid'], mrp_only=False,
                              productSubGroupDescription=['RAW', 'SPT'])

Lowercase:

obs_table = Observations.query_criteria(obs_id='J92SA0010')

Observations.download_products(obs_table['obsid'], mrp_only=False,
                               productSubGroupDescription=['RAW', 'SPT'])

I feel this is a server side issue rather than astroquery?

@bsipocz , yes, I feel like it is as well. That is, once this is fixed server side, no code change is necessary in astroquery. But @ceb8 can correct me if I am wrong.

Yes definitely, astroquery just returns whatever is in the database.
