http timeout configuration

It would be nice to setup timeout and other Axios settings directly
Add direct access to axios config or pass it in methods

Amplify doesn't have any control over the Axios code base. Axios is built on top of fetch anyway, so you can specify the lower level settings you want by using that instead if Axios doesn't explicitly support your use case.

How I can bypass this settings to Axios codebase through amplify layer? I want to specify this setting directly on request and on the instance (like documentation of Axios said). Now I can specify only global axios settings.

+1 on the request to configure timeout – Not having this impacts our application performance in cases where Amplify requests take time and end up blocking browser connections
