Local API unable to access AWS default images, upload to Cloudinary

While running Ember and the API locally, we are unable to access Cloudfront/AWS resources, our upload to Cloudinary. To make this function we would need to give out private keys, which isn't a good idea.

As a result of this, some images will return 404 errors, and uploading things (such as the profile image) will not work.
