[class.temporary] "Temporary object" is not defined

I think [class.temporary] p1 should be a definition of "temporary object". Currently, there is none.

Furthermore, the section uses the colloquialism "a temporary" which seems inappropriate and makes the paragraphs in question awkward to cite. Those uses should be replaced with "a temporary object".
