Should ic_vetkd_sdk_encrypted_maps_example/ and ic_vetkd_sdk_key_manager_example/ move to examples?

It seems potentially confusing that they are in the sdk subdir.

They are more defaults than examples. Maybe we could move them to

sdk/default_api/{ic_vetkd_sdk_encrypted_maps,...}

or something like that?

I think a README in those directories would be helpful then, I certainly figured these were just examples of usage and not intended for further use directly
