Terminal sometimes wraps at 80 columns.

I'm using Eclipse EE 2023-06 on Windows 10 Pro 10.0.19045. Sometimes when I open a terminal, it wraps at 80 characters. But then I do this:

1. Right-Click > Maximize View. (maximizes the view)
2. Right-Click > Maximize View. (unmaximizes the view)

Suddenly the terminal no longer wraps at 80 characters; it wraps at the edge of the view, as desired.
