Background
class deployer is being used here and in the script-languages-developer-sandbox project.
We should create a new repository for such kind of duplicated code, which is used to access AWS.
Similar to exasol/script-languages-developer-sandbox#9
Acceptance Criteria
Remove class deployer here and use it from the new repo, once it is available.
