intl: Upgrade to latest intl version

What you'd like to happen

Please upgrade flutter_form_builder to support latest intl version: 0.20.2.
intl is also used in other plugins with latest version and flutter_form_builder is using intl version: 0.19.0.
To solve dependency issues please update flutter_form_builder.

Can't update intl dependency (now) because need to be the same version used on flutter_localizations

On stable version of Flutter (3.29), still using 0.19, so can't update.
