Add to the debug tab process name the device it is running on

Suggestion, in the debug process tabs at the bottom, could the name of the device be added to the tab? The reason I mention this, when debugging on ios, or android standalone device or android emulator, it's hard to tell which one to look at for debugging information. I want to identify the logs for a particular device.

Note the inspector tab names include the device names. When adding names we should make sure the names uses are consistent (there are edge cases for two debug processes with the same name that should be handled consistently).

I have several emulators. When I'm testing more than one user logged into the application at a time. It gets to be hard to find which device I should refresh. That's because the android emulators will all have the same generic name. And I've thought wouldn't it be nice to see the emulator name, at least for android.

For instance if I load my V3 emulator, it turns up as the generic 'Android SDK built for x86...
