Project selector loses focus after mouse move

Steps to Reproduce

Repro steps:
If you type then move the mouse, the input loses focus, so if you then continue to type, nothing happens

Expected Result

User should be able to type without the project selector losing focus

This was noted in the PR discussion that merged this new selector: #47195 (comment)

The TLDR is that we use useGrid() from the react-aria package for this component which adds additional accessibility features that allow you to select actions for each project with just the keyboard. However, this util does not support shouldUseVirtualFocus which would keep focus within the input when hovering over other items.

Our options are to either contribute this feature to react-aria or to lose the extra accessibility of useGrid().
