Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Vitals -> Mobile Vitals
2. Open a Screen
3. Switch to Screen Loads
4. Scroll down and select a span

Expected Result

Non-zero values

Actual Result

Zero values, although the previous screen shows data.

It looks like we're applying a filter app_start_type, although we shouldn't for this screen.
