Feature Request: Support for Following Users and Hong Kong MCP

Hi Team,

I would like to request a feature to support following users in GitHub MCP. Currently, the platform does not provide functionality to follow users, which limits the ability to track updates from other users.

Additionally, it would be great if you could expand the MCP functionality to include Hong Kong, as it is currently not supported.
