CI/CD: Define versioned selectors in plugin-e2e

We are moving aways from using the selectors from grafana/e2e-selectors. If the value of this selector changes in for example 11.0.0, the tests will no longer work.

Define a versioned selector in plugin-e2e instead and use the selector fixture in the tests.
