Add CGO setting to the artifact information

Since #88 the k6 binary will be build using CGO_ENABLED if any of the dependencies requires it.

CGO_ENABLED environment variable defines if the resulting binary is statically or dynamically linked to system libraries affecting its portability. Therefore it is convenient to add this information to the resulting Artifact.
