Handle Reloading gists better?

1. bump up the size of a page. It defaults to 30 but the docs say you can set it to 100
2. Stop asking for more pages as soon as you get a page with an existing gist
3. If you read a gist and it's owner is you, add it to the local gist list? (actually that breaks 2 above)
