flask run doesnt load the config

Hi there, I just tried to install it as per the instructions. But it still shows the red warning indicating the production environment. So then I executed start.sh script, still no luck. But this error is not shown when I run wsgi.py 
Is there any way for "flask run" to load up config files as running wsgi.py directly?
