Dominant Color applied to all leds

What problem does this feature solve?

Mean Color Image - applied to all leds has a different approach and reads all colors on screen. Outcome is a a mixed result (dominant color plus color that is displayed on multiple parts of the screen). Example: Wood scene with a lake. Result is not all green but green toned down by lake color.

Dominant color would give the green color advantage. Result is all Leds green.

What does the proposed API look like?

How should this be implemented in your opinion?

Assign all Leds to whole screen image with dominant color option

Are you willing to work on this yourself?

I could assign every led to the same screen part with custom matrix but im not able to implement any code to make this progress simple
