Obsolete Git dependency URL in png-fuzz

I noticed that the Git dependency for libfuzzer-sys in png-fuzz is an obsolete URL that was archived years ago (https://github.com/rust-fuzz/libfuzzer-sys). The new repo URL is https://github.com/rust-fuzz/libfuzzer. Is this an issue?
