[Feature]: Support php in blade files

Feature Description

I typically don't use the blade filetype and just mark them as php because I use volt full page components and I typically need php support more than help with the markup. The markup is always just copy and paste from an example then tweak for current use case. Also need my intelephense inside @php tags 😅

I would like to note here that If I set the language mode to php for blade files, I still get the click through and syntax highlighting for blade, just not the auto complete.
