Using proxy

How I can use proxy for connection to host using Lightning ?
For example:
```
from lightning import Lightning
lgn = Lightning(ipython=True, host='http://public.lightning-viz.org')
```
cause error:
>   File "..\Python\lib\site-packages\lightning\main.py", line 28, in __init__
>     raise ValueError("Could not access server")
