Cart price rule Action "Price in cart" condition, applying when It should not

Preconditions and environment

• Magento 2.4.4 / 2.4.5

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a Cart Price Rule
2. Set Specific Coupon Code (ex "TEST")
3. Conditions : none
4. Actions: Apply "Percent of product price discount"
5. Discount Amount: 50
6. Apply the rule only to cart items matching the following conditions : "Price in Cart" .. "Less than" .. "50"
7. Create a Configurable product with simple products prices at $100
8. Add a product to cart
9. Attempt to add the "TEST" coupon in cart/checkout

Expected result

Coupon is rejected.

Actual result

Coupon is applied.

Additional information

Does not appear to affect "greater than" or "is" comparisons.

Thank you for reporting and collaboration.

Verified the issue on Magento 2.4-develop and 2.4.5 instances and the issue is reproducible on both the instances.Kindly refer the screenshots.

Steps to Reproduce :

1.Create a Cart Price Rule
2.Set Specific Coupon Code (ex "TEST")
3.Conditions : none
4.Actions: Apply "Percent of product price discount"
5.Discount Amount: 50
6.Apply the rule only to cart items matching the following conditions : "Price in Cart" .. "Less than" .. "50"
7.Create a Configurable product with simple products prices at $100
8.Add a product to cart
9.Attempt to add the "TEST" coupon in cart/checkout

As Per Cart Price Rule Coupon should not be applied if Price greater than 50, but it is applying.

It is Working Fine with Simple Product as Per Cart Price Rule.

Hence confirming the issue.
