[Server] MeshKit: Avoid including full file contents in k8s-manifest import test

Current Behavior

Note: the fix for this issue needs to be done in https://github.com/meshery/meshkit

Desired Behavior

The file object and it's full contents should not be displayed in the error event for the k8s-manifest file type detection.
