Bug description
I am running a VM with the Standard D8s v3 configuration. Initially, my workflow was running fine, and its status was "Running" on the Jupyter server. However, after some time, the status changed to "Queued" and has remained there.
I recently changed the VM size from Standard D4s v3 to Standard D8s v3. I have also checked, and there are no other running Jupyter notebooks in the queue.
