Is it possible to use the toolkit to deploy ONLY the ADF pipelines, triggers to an existing ADF?

If we couldn't use the toolkit to deploy all the Hub resources (Storage Accounts, Key Vault and ADF), i.e. we had to use an existing restricted deployment capability, could we use the toolkit to deploy/update ONLY the ADF pipelines, triggers to an existing ADF?

Download the release and try using the dataFactory.bicep to only get ADF resources. It doesn't deploy the factory itself.

The other option is to do a side-by-side deployment and just copy the linked servers, datasets and pipelines from one ADF instance to the other (the view JSON option in ADF). If you're missing any dependencies (like a dataset definition) the target ADF will raise an error with the name of the missing dependency when you try to save the pipeline.
