Fabric is a bit of a different story. Fabric has limitations that don't allow you to use PowerQuery in the same way. I've heard it's possible to use DataFlow Gen2, but I've never done it myself. That might work with what you have here, but I can't say for sure.

You can look at the code in either storage or KQL reports and repeat that in a notebook or ADF pipeline.

Personally, I would suggest using Data Explorer or a KQL database in Fabric. I find that a much simpler approach. You can also use FinOps hubs with Data Explorer and then connect to that from within Fabric. We're planning to use KQL databases natively in Fabric but aren't there yet.
