Ingest ARG-based recommendations into Azure Data Explorer

The current implementation of ARG-based recommendations ingestion is only available for the ADLS ingestion container. We need to design the solution that will trigger an ADF pipeline that ingests data into ADX. Ideally, we should reuse the same pipeline that already exists for other ADX tables.
