NES/Actions widget and alignment to context menu

I would suggest to make NES and actions widget go all the way through as well:

I'm fine with that. But my priority is to for NES menu to look the same as the code action menu. If the code action menu styling changes, I'll adopt these changes for NES.

I'll let the code action widget owner decide on this. I think its @justschen
