Add Note Feature to each line.

Problem:
Adding Comments Everywhere makes your code more readable and easier to understand, but when sometimes you need to add a large comment to explain a single line of code, the code itself lost in comments which downs the user experience.

Idea:
Adding a feature such that one can attach a comment or text to a line of code will enhance user experience while working as a team.

Suggestion:
A '+' button can be added to each line of the working area at left, with menus with 'add text', 'Explanation' , 'comment', etc...

Hope this will surely be one the feature which enhance using vs code.

I understand it like a sort of (collaborative) marginal note.

Almost a new product! :)

Just to mitigate the visual cluttering of the mixed code and note, folding the doc part may help.
