VS Code speech: Feature request: Add setting to disable punctuation and capitalization

I started using the speech extension to write faster in VS Code, but whenever I pause, it inserts a full stop. And whenever I start talking, even in the middle of a sentence, it starts the word with a capital.

Since I edit sentences more than dictate flawlessly, I'd prefer to turn these features off, but I can't see anything in settings.

Thanks, but I'm not using Azure, I'm using VS Code speech. It's a plugin for Visual Studio Code.
