Author experience as reviewer and reviewer experience as author as features

When classifying a commit, using the experience of the author as a reviewer and the experience of the reviewer as an author could be useful too.
In order to do something like this, we need a way to map author <-> reviewer.

I think this can be done by having two new global variables : author_reviewer_exp and reviewer_author_exp and iterating through the commit, increasing them on each iteration. However, one thing that perturbs me is that a same person has different names in author and reviewers. How can we confirm if it's the same person?
