Monster trucks cannot add hydraulics

Adding hydraulics to some vehicles (Monster Truck for example) breaks them entirely by inverting the suspension.

I'm not sure we can fix this. This is not an issue in MTA, it's an issue in GTA itself. Something to do with how the vehicles with that type of suspension prevents hydraulics to work. GTA wasn't designed to support hydraulics on Monster Truck.

I'm leaving the issue up as it's been known for years, but will need research and dedication to find and fix the issue. I'm not sure it will ever be fixed, so don't get your hopes up.
