Vehicle Hardcore Lighting

Gta San Andreas uses the illumination value for vehicle lighting in the PS2 version, but if we activate this value in the PC version, the vehicles look very bright. Because Gta San Andreas PC Version has hardcore lighting.

Maybe (i can try later, but im pretty sure it will just make the wheels darker too), but I remember that in the PC version they changed the lighting of the vehicles (they upped them to x2 as bright) and that's why the wheels are darker than they should. Pretty sure it is fixed on SilentPatch so maybe we want it to fix it? It looks way better with the right lighting.
