Describe the bug
I don't think this has ever been reported but is 1 of the oldest desyncs, where if you enter as passenger your door can remain open after a quick closing anim it sticks open again.
To Reproduce
Appears randomly, one time visible for both the driver and occupant(s) and the other time only one of them, or the passenger, or the driver can see it only.
Sometimes it can be fixed with for example simple repair, this can suddenly correct the door to close, sometimes it doesn't and then also re-entering doesn't always work.
Expected behavior
Door closes for all players.

Additional context
It can be corrected by script to set the door/carpart states but if you do this when it appeared as a desync, not all players/occupants can see it corrected/closed at all times, it can also remain desynced.
Incase that happens (the desync appears and it's uncorrectable for the ones that see it)
