Headers in the Procedures tables should use capitals #646

Description
The headers in the Procedures table are lower case (https://neo4j.com/docs/graph-algorithms/3.2/procedures/) - please could these be upper case? For example:
Qualified name | Description
I've tried to change the algo/pom.xml file (row 107 - <arg>-ADocumentation.ExportedHeaders=qualified name¦description</arg>), but this breaks the build.
