catalog-operator & package-server does not support to access operator registry with TLS

Feature Request

Found that both of catalog-operator & package-server access Catalog Source insecurely, and Operator Registry does not support to serve with TLS. For some official Catalog Sources, support TLS might be useful, IMO.

Describe the solution you'd like

• operator registry support serve with TLS certificates

• catalog-operator & package-server support access registry with customized CA
