Discussions-first

Hey everyone!

To make it easier to work on things, I'm moving things to be 'discussions-first'.

So, if you have a problem/feature/suggestion/etc, start with a discussions. Discussions can then be 'promoted' to issues. That way, issues become a "todo list" of things already discussed (hopefully including some implementation details).

This should make it easier for new contributors to pick things up, and for myself as well.

We're gonna test this for a while, and we can go back if it feels like it doesn't work.

Also, I apologize if you got notified about old discussions. I closed pretty much all them (if they had a reply, etc).

So now we got a somewhat clean slate to move forward here!
