Deleted the embedded copy of unoconv

The only difference between this version and the system's version was the
shebang line: using #!/usr/bin/python3 instead of #!/usr/bin/env python3
forces the OS's Python environment (with its LibreOffice integration) to be
used instead of the python-env one. But that can be done with a simple
shell script
